Born in New York but raised in Seattle, Wa., Mike Smith is not just your average emcee. Driven by hard work and determination, this highly motivated artist has been addicted to hip hop for the last decade. With his innate ability to paint a perfect picture with words, not only is this thriving raconteur a lyricist but a master poet as well.
At 15 years of age, Mike Smith fell in love with Hip Hop. Mike finished his independent album titled “Fact & Fiction” at Foundry Studios in Seattle, Wa in June of 2010. This album vividly illustrates a colorful array of emotions and experiences, some of which are fact, others fiction.
Currently signed with Blue Room Music, He has recorded his sophomore album titled “Social Reject.” This album explains how much music has changed his life, everything from secluding himself from others by choice to learning important lessons about life at such a young age. Mike is also currently expanding his fan base by giving a whole new meaning to the term “Crowd Pleaser” at each and every one of his shows in the greater Seattle area.
